REQUIREMENTS
- Have a strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Capable of leading by example
- Quick thinking
- Honest and truthful
- Previous use of H&L POS system an advantage
- Needs a strong drive
- Team player
- We need someone who can work with the team as well as guide and train staff.
- Build relationships with guests
- Previous experience in floor, bar and function service required

Located just outside the CBD in Port Melbourne, The Railway Club Hotel has remained one of the busiest dining rooms in Melbourne for over 40 years. Its atmosphere and ambience have stood the test of time. Our busy traditional bar and restaurant are complemented by our upstairs dining rooms that also cater to a variety of private dining needs.
