The Social Work Clinician will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, within the Virtual Drug and Alcohol service the role will be responsible for providing assessment, case management, referral and follow up for clients seeking assistance with substance use problems.You will be working in a dynamic team to provide psychosocial counselling and support to clients with substance use issues, working closely with clinicians from Mental Health Drug and Alcohol as well as several NGO’s.This is a newly formed team and will be based in Orange with Outreach to all areas of Western NSW LHD.To find out more about the role click to view theA career with Western NSW means you can challenge yourself, make an impact and shape the future of rural health.
