As an Assistant or Junior Property Manager at Rent Choice, you'll enjoy:

• Diverse Duties: This role sits within a four-person pod portfolio (Team Lead, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent - and you!). You would be responsible for a variety of duties such as scheduling and conducting routine inspections, conducting home opens/private viewings, processing applications, conducting rent reviews, preparing and completing tenant/key handovers, final bond inspections, coordinating maintenance, drafting leases, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

💼 Your Skills, Experience & Expertise 💼

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Exposure to the real estate industry, particularly property management, is advantageous (but not essential).
• An energetic, self-starting demeanor.
• Proficiency in technology, stellar communication, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth. 
• The knack for creative problem-solving and proactive thinking.
• Experience managing a residential property management portfolio.
• Keen attention to detail and a resilient can-do attitude.
• Exceptional customer service and organisational prowess.
• Tech savviness and strong IT skills is a must!
• Familiarity or experience with Property Tree and/or Inspection Express is a plus.
• Superb written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• The ability to foster robust relationships, both internally and externally.
• A current Property Management Registration, or the willingness to obtain it, is advantageous (but not essential).
• A dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
