The Opportunity

If you love the idea of making an impact in not just clients lives but also the tapestry of a growing firm and are either a Financial Planning Associate/Paraplanner or a CSO/ who has exposure to Xtools, Wealthsolver, Risk Researcher, and you are looking to enhance your skills and experience, then this is the opportunity for you.

This role will play an integral part of the advice team ensuring high service standards are upheld. You will be in the room with clients where you will work closely with the Director/Financial Adviser

Duties 

  • Work closely with the Senior Advisers/Advisers to build and maintain successful client relationships, attending all client meetings
  • Preparation of Statements of Advice and Records of Advice for external paraplanning team
  • Prepare paraplanning requests, review the paraplanner's work, and make necessary adjustments before seeking final approval from the Financial Advisers. 
  • detailed financial modeling through XTOOLS+

Requirements 

  • ASIC Approved financial planning qualifications (either completed or currently studying).
  • Prior experience as an Associate, paraplanner or Client Support 
  • Knowledge and experience with Financial Planning Software (Xplan)
  • Understanding of basic technical advice strategies across SMSF/Family Trust/ Company Structures.
  • Exposure to and understanding of a diverse investment set.
  • An ability to keep the client front of mind and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage & prioritise competing priorities
