About the Company

We are now looking for a commissions-only Commercial Lending Specialist  to join the team in Adelaide and support us in providing a high level of service to our customers.
 

Duties

As a Commercial Broker joining Loan Market Vantage, you will be working collaboratively within a team that consists of Finance/ Mortgage Brokers, Relationship Managers, and Admin staff. You will be provided with all the support and tools required to succeed in your career, across Tech, Marketing, and ongoing Business Coaching.

As a Broker, you will be responsible for;

• Meeting with clients to determine their financial situation, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable lending options.
• Assessing and evaluating loan options available to clients based on their credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio.
• Liaising with lenders on behalf of your clients to obtain the best possible terms and rates.
• Providing financial advice on all aspects of the process, including down payments, closing costs, and repayment terms.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.

Skills and Experience

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma 
• Experience managing existing client and referral relationships; either as a Banker or a Broker
• Ability to self-generate business through own network; some leads will also be provided
• Satisfy responsible lending obligations and BID requirements
