Associate Director

Seeking an Associate Director to drive strategic direction of a well-established consultancy and provide inspirational leadership to the team.

Our client is a leading provider of independent advisory services. With a global reach they are a trusted source of construction cost and Property project management services ensuring the delivering of projects on budget and within agreed timelines.
They are now seeking an experienced Associate Director to strengthen the Perth business. The role will report into the Managing Director and actively support the growth of the WA team. With excellent relationship building skills and proven client interface experience you will be working across a diverse range of iconic projects.
You will be proficient in the following:

• Business development activity and growth which includes sourcing and securing new work.
• Client management and quality of service delivery on projects.
• Management, mentoring and development of staff.
• Financial performance of projects and the business unit.
• Working within policies and procedures.
• Overall performance and success of the business unit generally.

To be successful you will demonstrate 15+ years’ experience within the builtform sector preferably with a consulting group or peak construction advisory body. Have a broad, diverse, and well-developed networks nationally. Hold tertiary qualification(s) in relevant discipline and be a member or have strong affiliations within peak industry bodies.
