The Associate Director, Commercial Rates Sales works in collaboration with the Commercial Division Relationship Manager teams to identify, deliver and execute Interest Rate Risk Management solutions for customers within the SME & DSI customer segments. You will cover customers across both metro and regional areas, driven by business requirements.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Sales experience, with a customer focus
- Knowledge of Markets product and processes
- Proven ability to identify customer opportunities, build relationships and provide effective risk management solutions
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Adapts future approach on the basis of previous experience, mistakes and developmental feedback
- Tertiary qualified and relevant professional industry accreditation preferred
