About Future Education
We are dedicated to building genuine collaborative partnerships that result in positive outcomes for the institution, our students and staff. We work closely with faculties and professional teams to shape and enable the design of a strategic and robust suite of educational products. We value equity, efficiency and quality across all aspects of our service delivery - within our own team and in our engagements with faculties and divisions. The Division also has responsibility for operational management of UOW’s course and subject portfolio, and developing and enhancing cross-institution projects, platforms, and systems to drive continuous improvement and maximise institutional benefits and alignment across the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Student Life) portfolio.
About the Role
As a member of the Future Education leadership team, the Associate Director, Course Portfolio Strategy will provide vision, leadership, and expertise to drive strategic change across UOW’s portfolio of offerings. You will apply your knowledge and insight of policy, trends and challenges in the higher education sector to help shape and implement the Course Portfolio Strategy of UOW. Building and nurturing strong working relationships, you will bring together people and data to facilitate considered decision-making as we move through cycles of innovation, growth, review and consolidation in response to changing market and government priorities.
