Qualifications & experience
- Two years of coordinating experience in the disability or mental health field
- Proficiency in NDIS systems and relevant certifications.
- Empathetic approach and familiarity with relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
- Strong administrative skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Daily coordination of service management, including scheduling appointments and managing in-home services
- Liaising with clients, staff and families. Conducting routine team meetings and supervision to evaluate individual team member performance
- Training and supporting new employee's engagement and learning journey.
- Facilitating effective onboarding for client admission, assessment and care planning
- Ensuring compliance and quality through ongoing support strategy refinement for optimal outcomes and risk reduction.
- Handling rosters and incident reporting.
- Available for after-hours support as needed.
