You will be responsible for the success of these projects from an overarching viewpoint as well as contributing significantly to winning new work.
Staff development, training and welfare will also be important to you to ensure a continued high retention rate and you will take pride in the progression of your team.
The Requirements
- 15+ years of experience working within the construction engineering sector
- Australian experience is essential, with NSW experience being highly advantageous
- Full working rights in Australia
