ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the provision of high-level advice and executive support to the Chief of Education and Education Delivery portfolios. Driving performance and leading the delivery of Chisholm’s Education Plan, you will work with people leaders across multiple campuses, be highly visible, available and champion all of Chisholm’s Strategic Pillar plans and Strategic Plan.
Your key accountabilities will be for:
- Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.
- Support workforce planning activities, the academic lifecycle and will support the senior leadership team on operationalising key activities that align to the academic calendar.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Continually drive strong business growth.
- Provide operational management and leadership to Chisholm’s Apprenticeship Hub and Placement Team.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking that candidate have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated ongoing professional development.
- Experience in preparing and analysing key initiatives and outstanding written skills.
- Significant experience in people management in a large and complex organisation.
- Proven experience is guiding, growing and ensuring educational excellence.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner.
- With an eye for detail, you will be highly organised and comfortable working across multiple actions and projects concurrently.
- Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role.
