An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated education leader to join the NSW Health Education and Training Institute (HETI)
This role leads a team of clinical, education and research professionals in designing and implementing strategic education initiatives for the NSW Health workforce. The position also oversights and advises on clinical education resources developed in a range of settings. The position reports to the Director Leadership Management Development and Educational Design (LMDED) and will work with other staff across the organisation in the design, development and evaluation of evidence-based education. This role is responsible for achieving key organisational outcomes and supports achievement of HETI and NSW Health strategic objectives.

Where you'll be working
The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. What you'll be doing
In the overarching role within HETI, lead a team dedicated to designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating state-wide strategic education initiatives. This includes creating innovative teaching and learning programs, guiding concept development for contemporary clinical and non-clinical education, and advancing the use of education technologies and other tools for effective training.
To be successful in this role you will:
