Associate Director - Go To Market (GTM) Strategy and Planning

Job Description:Our purposeHere at Datacom, we connect people and technology in order to solve challenges, create opportunities and discover new possibilities for the communities we live in.About the RoleThe Associate Director - Go To Market (GTM) Strategy and Planning is responsible for managing and orchestrating a GTM approach to Datacom's portfolio of services and products, driving lead generation and customer acquisition. The role will lead Datacom's GTM Group Strategy and Planning across Australia and New Zealand.What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matrix products and services portfolio organisations requiring first hand of GTM Strategy and orchestration across sales, proposition and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of building GTM initiatives founded on strategic investments across multiple value propositions
• Leadership in the development of market-focused GTM plans with an understanding of proposition planning.
• Broad and deep understanding of marketing and sales strategy, operations and related technology industry dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to implement long-term, customer-centred and data-driven strategies to obtain commercial results.

What you'll do:

• Provide leadership and and orchestrate a GTM approach to Datacom's portfolio of services and products, driving lead generation and growth.
• Establish an aligned approach to GTM in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, Proposition and Market Strategy teams.

• Lead the day-to-day GTM Hub strategy across Markets and Lines of Business relating to GTM operations and governance, ensuring that planning and orchestration of a GTM strategy is delivered.
