Associate Director - Urban Development

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 10+ years of civil design experience, including local experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to drive business growth 
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• CPEng / NER accreditation
• Proficiency in 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD
• Experience in Urban Development projects
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in report writing
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
• A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
