BTS Leadership
Tracey Bunyard is a qualified Accountant and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in general management across industries spanning Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Technology. For the past eight years, Tracey has been the General Manager of BTS Australia. Tracey has deep expertise partnering with commercial leaders to create customer value, supporting customer and sales transformations, and delivering business strategy and assessment. Tracey is a proud Indigenous woman who lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons.

Stephanie Peskett is a HR practitioner, PCC accredited Coach, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting people and strategy development in the world’s leading organisations. She partners with clients to transform their learning, culture, talent management, and top-to-bottom leadership development initiatives. Stephanie also works with Executives to support major people and organisational change initiatives. Stephanie lives in Sydney with her partner and three children. 

They are ably supported by a Director, Commercial Operations, and Head of People Experience and Project Enablement; and with experienced Consultants commited to the BTS purpose.

What we’re looking for

With significant growth ahead, we are seeking to recruit exceptional Associate Directors to join our team. 

You'll be curious, creative, collaborative and credible. You'll bring an executive presence and sense of gravitas built on experience in a professional services, management consulting, organisational development and/or leadership development organisation. Ideally you will bring experience in a people focused role whether as a consultant, change or strategy manager. 

You’ll take a deep interest in the in the human side of strategy execution, with a growth mindset, and be passionate about helping leaders transform their organisations in ways that are strategic, effective and human; and are able to get inside how an organisation operates, build trust and devise great ways to accelerate that client’s business. 

You’ll be comfortable working with ambiguity and drawing upon your entrepreneurial drive to achieve outcomes. You will have experience in leading projects and be able to navigate through the highs and lows of demanding but rewarding work. 

A passion to create real and lasting change for organisations and their people is a must.  You are able to communicate effectively with everyone you meet, you'll be skilled in leveraging a variety of communication channels, especially those requiring digital architecture. 

What makes a good candidate:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience with an excellent track record in developing, delivering and implementing large and small workshops, particularly in the field of Leadership Development and Business Acumen
  • Extensive experience in client / stakeholder relationship management and business development
  • Certification or prior experience in psychometric assessments and its application in leadership development and an ICF-certified leadership coaching certificate (desired)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
  • Ability to conceptualise and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
  • A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
  • Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset

What you will do in your role

We see you working predominantly in our leadership and coaching practice which is the fastest growing practice in Australia and you'll be asked to do three things – develop client relationships, design solutions and deliver our experiences and programmes. 

Variety is key in all our roles.  You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Some of these projects you will be leading. 

The rest of your time is spent creating the amazing concepts and experiences we build for our clients and supporting them in creating lasting and meaningful change. Interviewing leaders, conducting research and analysis, testing and launching programmes and achieving amazing results for our clients.

You'll travel approximately 10% of the time. Currently we are doing our work virtually, but in the (hopefully not too distant) future, we will return to doing some in-person workshops, and your travel could increase to 30-40% at that time.
