Mako Field Manager - Joint Replacement
We are currently looking for a Mako Field Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. This is an opportunity for an ambitious and team focused individual to progress and grow your career with a leading global medical device company that offers countless development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Motivating the team to deliver on the long-term strategy of the Mako team and Mako system
Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience
Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving engagement, development and culture
Work with the Joint replacement team to ensure strategy alignment, educational support and facilitate sales demand
Skills & Requirements:
Exposure to medical environments, particular theatre
Technical proficiency including product knowledge, knowledge of the medical and hospital industries to provide technical expertise and training to staff and clients
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to successfully coach and develop teams.
Strong results orientation and ability to demonstrate experience achieving targets.
Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills.
Ultimately a people person that naturally builds genuine relationships.
