Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Finance Broker. The Associate Finance Broker will be responsible in assisting Finance Brokers within the team, with client meetings, input of customer information into CRM, assisting with application submissions. Other aspects of the role will include customer retention, customer engagement, loan enquiries, loan adjustments. The role is primarily based in Melbourne, VIC, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Skills
- Experience in Banking & Financial Services preferred.
- Basic understanding of lending as their will be plenty of on the job coaching and training to upskill yourself across residential and commercial lending.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Resilient and willing to learn in a fast paced and complex lending landscape.
