How will I Help?
This position is responsible for delivering the varied lending service needs of clients across several Industry groups. The role supports strategic business relationships and works seamlessly with internal business partners to ensure exceptional service is provided at all interactions for new and existing products and services.
You will be accountable for supporting clients with their lending and Financial Markets’ needs – including credit processes, lending, and funds products. You will also be responsible for the service delivery and support to client portfolios, ensuring oversight of all services and enquiries being resolved and responded to on behalf of our customers within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).
You will also:
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry sector and the product and process needs of our clients to anticipate upcoming needs.
- Collaborate and share knowledge and expertise within the team to deliver a superior client experience.
- Contribute to and support the delivery of continuous process and product improvement, working with various project & product teams to ensure successful delivery of change.
- Ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What do I need?
Proven ability managing clients, understanding their servicing needs across one or more of Lending products and Financial Markets solutions. You will have strong commercial and business acumen with a solid understanding of Sales, Product & Implementation processes as well as associated systems, processes, and procedures to support them.
Some further advantageous skills:
- Pro-active management of business partners to ensure timely delivery of services to clients in portfolio.
- Compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements, processes and standards to minimise risk.
- Demonstrated history of developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
