As our business continues to evolve & grow, we are on the hunt for a Customer Service & Executive Support Officer to join our growing team!
About the role
You will be heavily relied upon to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently, whilst supporting the team with administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and at the time same you are the backbone of the office - someone who is a team player, who respects their teammates and that the entire team can count on and lean on when needed.
You are the go to person for the leadership team for support with calendar management, travel & accommodation bookings and ad hoc projects as required!
You will also coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients, manage website and social media enquiries and ensure they are shared and actioned with the relevant teams aa well as inventory management.

- Proven experience in a similar role
- A high level of attention to detail
- Self-motivated & solutions focused, with a passion for providing high quality service
- Enjoy diversity in your role, as one day is never the same as the next
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication
- Solutions driven – ability to think outside the box!
- Strong relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
