The Role:
As an Associate Account Manager at Media.Monks you will work with our stellar team to support clients with their digital media endeavors. This is a consultative role advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions, and optimise their digital media performance to drive long-term value and manage their media campaigns. Technology is outpacing our clients’ abilities to adopt and implement these tools so they look to our team for our strategic knowledge of the digital space coupled with our platform know-how to bring results.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support & Managing all aspects of display, video, mobile, and social advertising campaigns.
- Analysing data for reporting and optimising advertising campaigns.
- Support & Develop initiatives and tactics designed to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.
- Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
- Development of campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.
- Supporting the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
- Help manage strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as Media.Monks continues to grow at a rapid pace.
What you bring to it:
- Successful candidates will have 1+ years experience in digital media platforms.
- Previous experience managing campaigns, specifically, setting up, optimizing & reporting on a DSP, Paid Search, Adservers
- Strong data analysis abilities, attention to detail & verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills in all or either Amazon DSP, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.
- Desire to build a company from an early stage.
