Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Aged Care

Warracknabeal and Hopetoun campuses are halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne.
Latitude Recruitment is proud to be recruiting Associate Nurse Unit Managers on behalf of Rural Northwest Health. The ANUM acts as a professional and clinical role model for all team members, setting high clinical standards and ensuring the delivery of high standards of evidence based nursing.
Part time and Full time positions available in Warracknabeal and Hopetoun.
The successful candidate will have:
* Registered Nurse with minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant clinical area
* Post-Graduate qualification in a relevant area or willing to undertake further study
* Understanding of relevant accreditation and funding systems, and demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement portfolio
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders including team members, consumers and family members
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* COVID19 vaccination evidence
* Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
* Current and valid Police Clearance
* Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain one
* Current AHPRA registration
