What You Will Be Doing
Take the next step in your career in this exciting leadership opportunity. We are seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join the team in our Medical Ward (Bass Ward) in Frankston in a permanent full time or part time role. Bass Ward has 32 beds with capacity for cardiac monitoring (for non cardiac patients) and is also the admitting ward for Covid screened patients.
In this role you will support and work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager and the leadership team to deliver safe, personal, effective care. This role provides leadership and direction to nursing staff while upholding Peninsula Health's values and meeting organisational goals.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
•Current AHPRA registration
•Recent nursing experience in a Medical Ward
•Experience in a leadership or management role
•Completion of or working towards a post graduate qualification in nursing (desirable)
