The position
Our friendly, dedicated team work together to deliver excellence in recruitment and Nursing Workforce management for The Royal Melbourne Hospital; including Centralised Recruitment for nursing, Nurse Resource Transition Pool, casual workforce, Allocations and supporting Royal Melbourne Hospital Bank workforce in their Professional Development and well being.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of IT systems preferably including RosterON and Mercury e-recruit; additional training is provided. Experience in healthcare recruitment will be highly regarded. This is an ideal position for anyone seeking to develop their recruitment expertise within a friendly supportive team setting.
Success in this role will see you:
- Provide recruitment support to the Royal Melbourne Hospital Nursing Workforce team to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and deliver on service wide projects.
- A flare for innovation and commitment to excellence is essential.
- Bring a “can do” attitude to be adaptable and flexible to the departments changing and high velocity demands
