The Role
With approximately 30 staff in total, the firm is led by dynamic individuals who are committed to strategic growth. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with key stakeholders within the organisation, including top-level directors. The types of matters you will be involved with include:

• Complex and high-profile Commercial Disputes;
• Insolvency and Restructuring;
• Risk Management and Professional Indemnity; and 
• Cross-Border Litigation

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Commercial litigation and Insolvency
• Minimum of 4 years PAE as a Commercial Litigation Lawyer within an Australian private practice law firm
• Ability to manage matters independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong technical skills in drafting legal documents
• Proactive attitude towards business development.
