Salary Package: Lecturer (Level B) from $115,787 - $136,995, Senior Lecturer (Level C) from $141,376 - $162,584 or Associate Professor (Level D) from $169,789 - $186,759 plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.Appointment Type: Full-time, continuingLocation: Macquarie University (Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde)The RoleA position is available within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences for academics with expertise in clinical Audiology teaching and leading research in hearing health. The Department of Linguistics are seeking an academic in the Teaching and Research (Academic Job Families) . This position will contribute primarily to the Master of Clinical Audiology program, with some additional involvement in teaching in undergraduate courses.About YouThe successful candidate will demonstrate strengths across clinical Audiology knowledge, teaching and experience in the curriculum design and delivery of teaching in Audiology courses. The successful applicant will be expected to develop, teach and convene units at an undergraduate and postgraduate level and will demonstrate strengths for future potential across other teaching streams of the Department. They will hold (or be eligible to hold) a clinical certificate of practice in Australia. The applicant will hold a PhD and have a well-defined and impactful program of research in hearing health or a related field.
