Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced
Data Analyst with a strong finance background and expertise in trading products. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and coding, with a deep understanding of commission structures. The role requires fluency in Chinese and over five years of relevant experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommission Management:
- Calculate and process commission payments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform detailed commission analysis to identify and rectify errors and discrepancies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and design data reports for regular reporting.
- Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Process Improvement:
- Provide recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis and findings.
- Optimize data enrichment streams to streamline reporting and analysis.
Collaboration and Insight Communication:
- Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
- Convey insights through both detailed reports and engaging visual presentations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Solid finance background with a deep understanding of trading products.
- Comprehensive understanding of commission structures and calculations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
- CPA certificate is highly preferable.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of improving processes through data-driven insights.
