About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Full-TimeQA Manager.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the day-to-day Quality Assurance Compliance of the GMP and GACP production areas.
Main Duties:
The Quality Assurance Manager will
- Setup and manage the Quality Management System.
- Maintain compliance in line with relevant regulations.
- Conduct release activities across sites.
- Collate input for annual product quality reviews.
- Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement projects related to quality in conjunction with relevant department managers.
- Facilitate and coordinate any corrective or preventative action prior to implementation.
- Manage all quality systems tasks according to QMS requirements (change control, non-conformances, CAPA etc.).
- Be the subject matter expert in GMP and promotes GMP/GACP compliance awareness throughout the team.
- Ensures personnel and processes adhere to GACP, GMP, QMS procedures, and relevant legislations/guidelines.
- Facilitate coordination of staff training according to training matrices.
- Coordinate and facilitate validation and QC activities.
- Manage stability programs.
- Follow other duties as directed by Reporting Manager.
Competency Requirements
- Previous experience in GMP cleanroom/aseptic environment within a healthcare organisation, focusing on Quality Assurance
- Well versed in GMP/GACP regulations and local Quality/Regulatory legislations.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Capability of working with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
