More information is available at .THE ROLEAs a Quality Assurance Lead at Stryker South Pacific, you will play a critical role in maintaining and elevating the quality standards of our medical products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to drive continuous quality improvement across our operations. - Compliance mastery: Ensure unwavering adherence to industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001:2000 and other vital quality benchmarks.
- Continuous improvement leadership: Lead comprehensive quality audits, employing advanced methodologies like Taguchi and process reengineering to continually enhance our quality processes.
- Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance and quality management.
- Professional knowledge gained through substantial work experience in healthcare Quality Assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
