What is the role?
We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to provide support to our Melbourne Recruitment Manager. A typical day can include:
- Managing candidate inquiries (providing best-practice customer service).
- Writing advertisements and sourcing candidates for multiple job openings.
- Phone screening applicants, coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the interview process.
- Ad hoc administration such as record keeping in the database, and ensuring compliance is adhered to.
