- Identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their recruitment needs
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborating with the team to achieve recruitment targets and deliver outstanding results

- An ability to engage, read a room, listen and build relationships with existing and new clients and candidates.
- Proven phone or sales experience from previous roles or experience in construction or engineering is desired

- 25 days annual leave
- Christmas closure - Every year we close our offices and this period of leave is in addition to your accrued entitlements
- 35 hour working week with flexible start and finish times around our core hours of 9-12 and 2-4, including working from home once you get promoted to Consultant!
