With an established office since the early 2000s, you will be teamed up with an experienced Sales Agent who will show you and train you to become the best of the best as their Sales Associate, with a clear progression plan to become your own end to end agent.
Selling 5M + Properties (Houses and Apartments) in Double Bay, you are joining industry leaders with strong roots and an excellent database in Double Bay Area. You will join a growing team of 15+ staff, have access to industry leading training & mentoring and be trained to do high end property appraisals, listing presentations, conducting open homes / private inspections, managing a data base, marketing, prospecting and much more!
This role will suit a candidate that has been in Real Estate sales for 1 - 3 years and is looking to learn from the very best to grow into a senior agent themselves, ideally someone that has worked in the CBD / Eastern suburbs previously.
Office is located just off Bellevue Road!
JOB DUTIES:
- Real estate sales support
- Dairy scheduling
- Managing and servicing a data base in the Double Bay area
- Preparing listing kits / presentation packs
- Sales administration & scheduling
- Attending Open for Inspections
- Attending appraisals & listing appointments
- Liaising with buyers
- Private inspections
- Assist with marketing, photography appointments etc ..
- Learn from a leading agent!
- Work directly with an experienced Senior sales agent

- Exposure selling boutique properties in the eastern suburbs NSW
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real estate sales rep license
- Previous experience in a similar Real Estate role
- Well presented and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Current & valid drivers license
- Have your own car
