Fusion People are looking for an Associate Consultant to join their team - We will provide a clear career path for you to develop into a Lead Consultant with regular promotion targets. You will be given ongoing mentorship, training and support from day 1 by the company Director and well-established Recruitment Consultants to assist in the development of your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building and nurturing long term working relationship's
• Proactively resourcing candidates via database, advertising, networking and head hunting
• Manage the end to end Recruitment process
• Interviewing and screening potential candidates
• Attending Client events/exhibitions and Business events
• Using Recruitment software such as JobAdder (training provided)
• Reference checking and maintaining personnel records
