  • Collaborating with end-users to resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system upgrades.
  • Monitoring and managing desktop security, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Working closely with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of desktop systems with other infrastructure components.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of desktop configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Developing and updating user guides to empower end-users to resolve common issues independently.

Keen to get involved? You will need some of the following:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role
  • Familiarity with hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Current active Government Security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain high-level clearance

Don’t meet every requirement? Don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you!
