We are on the hunt for our newest Customer Service super start to join our team in our Brunswick support office.
This is a full time role based on site with flexible working arrangements. Office hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
The role of Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent Customer Service to all customers via the phone and online platforms to further the success and growth of Simone Pérèle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer related orders, enquiries, and/or complaints via online platforms, phone and email.
- Provides outstanding levels of customer care.
- Reviews messages/comments across social media platforms.
- Provides business and product knowledge to customers to assist in addressing queries or resolving issues.
- Manages returns/exchanges and process refunds for customers.
- Provides office and administration support as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environment.
- Excellent organisational, accuracy and time management skills.
- Prior experience using Gorgias or NetSuite highly regarded or other third party ticketing platforms essential.
- Experience in AfterShip (Refunds) and Shopify (Online) are preferred but not necessary.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
