Due to the acquisition of a large project pipeline in partnership with a residential construction company we are looking for Audio Visual Technicians.

The Company

The Role
As an Audio Visual Technician, you will install Audio Visual systems designed by internal system integrators.
Under the direction of a lead installer, you will play an integral role as part of an installation team providing support and working closely with our construction, integration, sales and administration departments to provide our clients with an exceptional product and client experience.
Whilst your role may vary, you will typically be tasked with:
- Assist with the installation of home theatre systems, projection displays, surround sound systems, wall-mounted equipment, network, and wifi systems
- Work with multidisciplinary trades, trades assistants, and service technicians on the installation of residential Audio Visual technology
- Review assigned jobs and discuss further queries with the Integration Project Managers to ensure synergy from design to installation.
- Complete assigned jobs within timeframe whilst achieving a high level of client satisfaction
- Assist the Project Manager in raising purchase orders and ensuring required stock is available to delivery the project
- Maintain vehicle floating stock to ensure we have correct equipment for upselling or any issues that may happen on site
- Meet with clients and builders on site at designated times to complete handover and service work
- Understanding of Audio Visual system setup and interconnection
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to develop knowledge and skills as training will be provided
- Construction industry white card, security licence and police clearance or willing to obtain
- Manual Driver's License
