Cost Controller

We are seeking Perth and site based Cost Controllers at all levels on-behalf of our clients who are both Owners Team and EPCMs.
Key duties and responsibilities will be:

• Cost Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis of budgets, updating progress
• Resource plan management and review on regular basis
• Provide effective budgetary control with WBS / CBS
• Preparation of Value of Work Done (VOWD) reports
• Liaising with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts to maintain awareness of projects and potential impacts on budgets
• Preparation of findings for budget overruns and liaising with Management on investigation findings

To be considered for the roles you must have:

• High level organisational and resource management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with extensive analytical and problem solving skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with integrated computerised financial systems (Power BI and EcoSys preferred).
