They are currently looking for a Audit Manager to join the Audit team. You will be an integral part of the Audit division and will be responsible for effective management of clients and the development of the team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining good relations with clients.
- Ensuring client work is completed on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Preparing and monitoring billings within specified time limits.
- Providing advice on complex matters and adding value to the business.
- Ensuring development of team members to empower them to perform to maximum capacity.
- Demonstrating a high level of technical competence and expertise.
Your experience:
- Experience working in an Audit environment in Australia with a minimum of 4 years experience. Staff management experience is necessary.
- Be fully qualified CA or CPA.
- Be technically proficient and up to date with Audit standards.
- Previous exposure to working with clients.
- Excellent staff leadership skills and experience managing a group of people.
