WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- The planning, preparation, and execution of External Audits
- Preparation and review of financial statements along with the analysis and documentation of internal controls and control environments
- Leading and mentoring more junior audit team members
- Involvement in all aspects of audit and statutory reporting
- Providing advice to client on issues
- Addressing client requests and assistance on a timely basis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- 3 or more years of audit experience
- Caseware software experience desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of the financial reporting frameworks, auditing standards and accounting concepts
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with an attention to detail
- Ability to work well autonomously and also in a team environment
