Senior Manager in
Corporate Testing & Monitoring plays a crucial role within Tabcorp's Line 2 Risk Function.This role leads two important teams:
- A Controls Assurance team to execute the annual Controls Assurance plan and provide comfort that Tabcorp's processes and controls are working effectively to manage risk and comply with legislation.
- A venue assurance team that ensures our retail network is comply with all Tabcorp requirements.
You will be a hands-on leader with strong technical skills in controls testing, ability to mentor and coach junior team members and able to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
What you'll bring- Previous experience in assurance, internal audit or risk in a professional services or with a medium or large sized corporate.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Strong technical skills including development of Controls Assurance plans, identification of risk, testing the design and operating effectiveness of controls and report writing.
- Strong business and commercial acumen and ability to engage and influence stakeholders to drive improvements in the control environment.
