YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
Fixed Term Part Time Role.
We are seeking a highly motivated nurse to join the NET service as a clinical nurse consultant / Research Assistant
- The nurse will be an experienced practitioner who uses and facilitates evidence- based practice which is visionary, creative and appropriate to the tumour stream/service.
- The successful applicant will predominantly be responsible for supporting patients and their family members through all aspects of their cancer experience. This will include making phone calls to and taking phone calls from patients from all treatment modalities and managing new referrals to the service. The ability to work with all members of the team as well as allied health and community services is essential.
- The nurse will work as a valued member of the AUS-NET research team within Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre
