The role:
As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate at peak performance. As an overview some of the duties required:
- Diagnosing electrical problems with use of advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and analyse electrical issues in vehicles.
- Repair and Installation: Repair, replace, and install electrical components such as wiring, sensors, and lighting systems.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential electrical problems and address them proactively.
- Compliance: Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Customer Service oriented, interacting with clients, explaining electrical issues, commitment to providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will have:
- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician,
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to vehicle electrical systems.
- Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and electrical systems.
- Ability to follow wiring diagrams
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Trade qualified in Automotive Electrical
- Mechanical or Airconditioning licence desirable.
