Action Workforce has partnered with a well-known and reputable ambient grocery Automated Distribution Centre located in Redbank. This company prides themselves in creating a very strong diverse and inclusive working environment and are looking for casual team members to work in their new, state of the art technology temperature-controlled Automated Distribution Centre.
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic casual team members who are interested in working with a company equipped with state-of-the-art technology and world class facilities.

THE ROLE:
- Casual positions located in Redbank
- Monday-Saturday Roster
- Must want to work weekends
- Afternoon shift - 11PM finishes - $40.18 per hour
- Must be able to work independently
- Fast paced, team environment
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST HAVE:
- Previous Ride on Pallet Jack experience
- Previous warehousing experience
- Previous Voice picking experience
- Demonstrate a focus on safety, customer service and continuous improvement
- To be customer focused and work with pride, enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy with basic numeracy competence
- Display strong team skills with a willingness to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Qualifications and experience in Lean Six Sigma, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics are highly regarded
- Previous experience in manufacturing and or automated facilities is highly regarded
- The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and be able to carry out moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays and during our busy peak periods is essential
TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST:
- Have reliable transport
- Be able to pass an Australian Police Check
- Have a Passport or Birth Certificate
- Have two professional references
- Have a can-do attitude & stable work history
- Have the applicable working rights
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a Drug and Alcohol test
