Automation Engineer - Building Management & Utility Systems

Your RoleWorking at our state of the art Banksia site in Tullamarine, you will oversee all Execution System activities and operations associated with the Building Management System (BMS), Facility (Environmental) Monitoring System (FMS), Safety Systems, Clean Utility Automation (CUA) applications. Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Regional Value Stream Recipe Owner you will:Define the design and implementation of the BMS, FMS, Safety Systems and Clean Utility scopeBe accountable for system ownership and compliance of BMS, FMS, Safety Systems, and Clean Utility Systems.Managing the lifecycle of BMS, FMS, Safety Systems, and Clean Utility systems & operationsProvide oversight & review of contractors/integrators work during design, construction, commissioning, and validation phases of projects & OPEX initiatives & changesProvide support for budget & resource management to support key business projectsEvolve existing BMS, FMS platform to ensure they meet the customer needs with respect to data analytics and data availabilityYour ExperienceBachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent experience / Master’s degree is preferred; educational concentration in IT and or Automation, science or engineering is preferred.Experience working within an applicable Automation function in a manufacturing environment - Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage or other GxP environment preferredProject Management experienceVendor ManagementDesign ManagementTest & Validation Please note this will be a fixed term position until July 2025.
