SalaryA well established ,large Automotive group in Sydney is seeking to employ a full time ‘Automotive Financial Controller’ to join our administration team.
The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in a similar senior role. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting, reporting, audit preparation, staff, and general ledger management.
You will need to possess exceptionally good communication abilities, attention to detail, and be capable of leading a small administration team. Above all else, you must show stability in your employment and be able to commit to this role for the long term.

Qualifications & experience
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Cash flow management
- Accounts receivable, Account payables,Taxation
- Month-End, Financial & Management Accounting
- Automotive experience is preferred!
- A high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task with competing stakeholders
- Adaptable to change and work in a busy environment to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel
Tasks & responsibilities
- Financial Controller / Accountant
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Monthly Reporting including month-end procedures, adjustment journals and reconciliations
- Assisting with reconciling monthly manufacturing accounts and reporting.
- Submission of manufacturer reporting
- Support Dealership Managers
- Daily Floorplan payments/reconciliations
- Vehicle Processing
- Administrative work including Worker's Compensation
- Commission Preparation
