The ideal Mechanic…
Will have spent years in the industry, gaining knowledge and skills along the way. You love working on cars and are looking for a place where you can enjoy coming to work and doing just that, while happily imparting those years of experience gained, with your fellow teammates.
- You will have completed your mechanical apprentice qualification in light vehicle.
- Have experience across a variety of makes and models.
- Being able to diagnose faults on a variety of vehicles, with good diagnostic skills is also an advantage.
- Working autonomously is easy for you, but you will also find working as a team fun and rewarding.
- You're confident in your skill set but are open to learning too.

As our new Service Receptionist, you will be…
- Connecting with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Being hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made- we are human after all
- Using your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Being agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Making Service Appointments via phone and email
- Preparing repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Liaising with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff
- Performing clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department
