About the Role
As a pivotal member of our frontline team, Service Advisors play a crucial role in embodying Keema’s commitment to exceptional customer service and ongoing vehicle care. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure clients receive top-tier service and stay informed throughout the service and repair process. We seek a proactive self-starter with strong communication and organisational skills. In return, we offer:

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email
- Proactively resolve issues with a helpful attitude
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and within the dealership network
- Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals
Skills and Experience

- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with integrity and reliability
- Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs

- Proficiency in using various computer systems

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
