We're looking for an Energetic, Passionate, Service Advisorto join our team; with a genuine interest in 4WD and a desire to support Customer Relationships to further build our brand.

The position:
- Exceed customers expectations with excellent customer service & communication
- Willing to constantly improve our customer service process, by actively seeking customer satisfaction feedback & Google Reviews.
- Allocate jobs in diary to technicians depending on needs of the customer and abilities of the team.
- Run twice 10min daily Team Meetings to ensure that days objective are achieved.
- Prioritise and manage diary bookings to maximise the Team's Success
- Make appointments, process repair orders, quotes and invoices
- Order parts
- Liaise with mechanics and customers, to achieve Outstanding Results
- Cross-selling additional products and services as required
- Handling associated administrative duties
- Driven to exceed set position KPIs.
The right applicant will be/have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Sales experience
- Exceptional knowledge of the 4WD Automotive Aftermarket
- Excellent communication skills
- Great computer skills
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Honest, trustworthy & a team player
- KPI/ Results Driven
- Two professional references
