This rare opportunity, would ideally suit an experienced Parts Manager, capable of managing multiple franchises and a small team of Parts Consultants and Interpreters.
To be considered for an interview for this position, the following credentials are essential:
- Minimum of 3 years management experience within a Dealership Parts Department or similar
- Exposure to inventory control measures and effective stocktake mana ability
- Experience in multi franchise environments
- Ability to achieve and exceed internal budgets and multiple Manufacturer targets and KPI's
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to promote and represent the business within the community
- Willingness to build strong working relationships with your team, as well as internal sales, service and pre-delivery departments
- Experience in maximising profitability by building on market share, operational efficiency and identifying new business initiatives and opportunities
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proven background in maximising profitability and meeting both financial and market objectives
- Adaptability to changing technology, processes, markets and the economy
- Ability to lead, manage and further develop the department whilst maintaining a cohesive team spirit
Reporting to the offsite Group Retail Parts Manager this position offers a high level of autonomy with the ability to demonstrate proven influential and effective interpersonal style, fitting with the brands and our company philosophy. The role requires a dedicated and experienced Automotive Parts professional with commercial astuteness, strong coaching, learning and development skills and a sound knowledge of modern automotive technology and design.
