What we expect

• Demonstrated capability and experience in automotive repair industry in a similar role
• Competency to work independently, supervisory or management experience advantageous
• High level of interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with customers and team members
• Focused on high quality outcomes and exceeding customer expectations
• Can do, positive attitude. Self motivating. Capability to see bigger picture and take ownership until issues are resolved
