About the role:
We have a great opportunity for a full time Assistant Manager to join our experienced Sumner Park team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management and relationship building
- Support the store manager and help lead the store team
- Inbound phone & online sales
- In-store customer service
- Order & receipt incoming stock
- Process & pick purchase orders
- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Skills & experience:
- Exceptional communication skills
- A customer service champion
- Experience or a passion for auto parts
- Well presented, great phone manner
- Ability to influence & negotiate
- Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
